Cancellation policy
All cancellations are only valid when in writing. In case of cancellations made less than 14 days before the Forum or in case of no show, no refund will be made. In case of cancellations made more than 14 days before the Forum, registration fees will be reimbursed, after deduction of €150.00 for administration expenses. Replacement is permitted. Name, address and phone number of substitute must be communicated.
